Chantry House is our trading name. For the purpose of these terms and conditions of website use, Chantry House Pty Ltd means chantryhouse.co. These terms and conditions govern your use of the site and purchase of goods and services from the site. By continuing to access the chantryhouse.co site you are deemed to be accepting and consenting to the practices described in the terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time. Your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and are therefore subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

CONTRACT

No contract will exist between you and Chantry House Pty Ltd for the sale of any product unless and until Chantry House Pty Ltd has accepted your order with confirmation that it has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Chantry House Pty Ltd sends an order dispatched email, and payment is taken from your credit or debit card. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.

PRICING, PAYMENT & DELIVERIES

The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs are additional, being clearly displayed where applicable and are included in the total cost. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Looking to return an item? You can return any product in its original unopened condition within 28 days from date of purchase. Please contact info@chantryhouse.co quoting your name and order number. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please send all returns to PO Box 7586 Bondi Beach NSW 2026

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
